Unique PowerAssist feature

MultiPlus prevents overloading of a limited AC source such as a generator or shore power connection. First, the battery charge automatically drops in situations that could cause an overload. The second level increases the output of a generator or shoreside supply with power from the battery.

Uninterruptible AC power (UPS function)

In the event of a grid failure or shore or generator power outage, the inverter inside the Multi automatically kicks in and moves the supply to the connected loads. This process is done so quickly (less than 20 milliseconds) that your computers and other electronic equipment continue to operate without interruption.

Virtually unlimited power thanks to parallel operating capacity

Up to 6 units of Multi can operate in parallel providing higher power output. Three-phase or split-phase operation is also possible. Please check our datasheet to see which models have parallel, three-phase and split-phase capabilities.

Remote Monitoring and Control

Monitor and control your Quattro device and system or systems locally (LAN) or from anywhere in the world via the internet, using the free VRM app and VRM portal website. Two AC Outlets
The main power output has an uninterruptibility function. When there is a mains outage or shore/generator power loss, MultiPlus starts feeding energy to the connected loads. This process is done so quickly (in less than 20 milliseconds) that your computers and other electronic equipment continue to operate without interruption. The second power output operates only when AC is present at the MultiPlus power input. Loads that should not drain the battery, such as a water heater, can be connected to this output (the second output is available on models of 3 kVA and above).

Up to 6 units of Multi can operate in parallel providing higher power output. For example, six 24/5000/120 units offer 25 kW / 30 kVA output power and 720 Amp charging capacity.

Three-phase output possibility
In addition to parallel connection, three units of the same model can be configured for three-phase output. But it doesn't stop there: Up to 6 sets of three units can be connected in parallel for a massive 75 kW / 90 kVA inverter and 2000 Amp charging capacity.

PowerControl Dealing with limited generator, shoreside or grid power
MultiPlus is a very powerful battery charger. Therefore, it draws a large amount of current from the generator or shore supply (approximately 10 A per 5 kVA Multi at 230 VAC). Thanks to the Multi Control Panel, you can adjust the maximum generator or shore current. The MultiPlus uses all the extras available for charging, taking into account other AC loads and prevents the generator or shore supply from being overloaded.

PowerAssist - Increases the capacity of shore or generator power
This feature takes the PowerControl principle to new dimensions. Allows MultiPlus to support alternative source capacity. Where peak power is often only required for a limited period of time, the MultiPlus ensures that insufficient shore or generator power is immediately compensated by power from the battery. When the load decreases, backup power is used to recharge the battery.
