Delivery and Order
Order Tracking for Product Buyers:
The relevant supplier is responsible for the shipment of your 'AZKarbon' orders to be made by the supplier.
When you evaluate the offers you have received and choose the offer that suits you, you can see your order confirmed by the supplier in the 'my orders' section of the customer profile.
Your product will be ready for shipment and shipped within 3 business days after your order is confirmed. Although the orders shipped vary depending on the delivery region, the product will reach you within an estimated 2-7 business days. Additionally, the anticipated deliveries of the products are stated in the product descriptions section. .
You can follow the shipment stages of your product from the customer profile.
Rules to be Considered in Product Deliveries:
When you receive the products in your order, be sure to check the products. If there is any damage such as crushing, tearing, breakage, etc. in the packaging of the product/products, if there is a deficiency or mistake, do not receive the products. A damage report from the cargo personnel. Please return these products to us without receiving them.
If you purchased a product that is likely to break, also check the contents of the box.
Please check that the incoming product and the products written on the delivery note/invoice are the same and check the quantity information before receiving it.
For your orders in the energy efficiency and mobility category of white goods such as refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, solar panels, inverters, which must be installed by the authorized service after receiving the product;
- The package should not be opened without the knowledge of the authorized service; if it is opened, the product will be excluded from the scope of return.
- If a problem is detected during the installation of the authorized service, you can return the product only with the authorized service report.
Return and Cancellation Conditions:
You can go to the My Orders section under your account and cancel your product if it has not been shipped yet.
How to start the easy return process if your product has been shipped?
- Select the product to be returned and the reason for the return. If you have purchased more than one of the same product, you must also select the quantity of the product to be returned.
