CHARGER CONTROLLER CONNECTION ISSUES TO BE CONSIDERED!!!

one.        Mount the charger in a place close to the battery and away from heat.

2.        Mount the load resistor horizontally, away from the battery and control device.

3.        First connect the + terminals of the battery and the charger, then the – terminals, then connect the load resistor (resistance) connection to the load outputs and finally connect the 3 phase (ph) coming from the turbine to the inputs.

4.        Check that the terminal connection screws are tightened well.

5.        Check that the charge controller inverter and battery group are at the same voltage.

6.        To stop the turbine manually, place a switch between the wind turbine and the charge controller that will reduce it to a three-phase short circuit when necessary (63 k automaton or 3x25 on-off switch).

7.        Be sure to ground the body of the pole.

8.        The length of the pole may be around 6-12 meters.

9.        You can mount the pole tightly with ropes on 3 sides to prevent shaking in the wind.

10.    Do not drill any part of the device while the charger is connected to the system. If you are going to drill for installation, the device must be in the off position.
