CHARGER CONTROLLER CONNECTION ISSUES TO BE CONSIDERED!!!

one.         INSTALL THE CHARGER IN A PLACE CLOSE TO THE BATTERY AND WHERE IT IS NOT HOT.

2.         INSTALL THE LOAD RESISTANCE HORIZONTALLY AWAY FROM THE BATTERY AND CONTROL DEVICE.

3.         FIRST CONNECT THE + TERMINALS OF THE BATTERY AND THE CHARGER, THEN THE – TERMINALS, THEN CONNECT THE LOAD RESISTANCE TO THE LOOD OUTPUTS, AND LAST CONNECT THE 3 PHASE COMING FROM THE TURBINE TO THE (PH) INPUTS.

4.         CHECK THAT THE TERMINAL CONNECTION SCREWS ARE TIGHTENED WELL.

5.         CHECK THAT THE CHARGER CONTROLLER, INVERTER AND BATTERY GROUP ARE THE SAME VOLTAGE.

6.         TO STOP THE TURBINE MANUALLY, PUT A SWITCH BETWEEN THE WIND TURBINE AND THE CHARGER CONTROLLER THAT WILL TURN IT TO A THREE PHASE SHORT CIRCUIT IF NECESSARY (63 K AUTOMAT OR 3X25 ON-OFF PAKO).

7.         MAKE SURE TO GROUND THE BODY OF THE POLE.

8.         THE LENGTH OF THE POST MAY BE AROUND 6-12 METERS.

9.         YOU CAN MOUNT THE POLE TIGHTLY WITH ROPE FROM 3 SIDES AGAINST SHAKING IN THE WIND.

10.     DO NOT DRILL ANY PART OF THE DEVICE WITH A DRILL WHILE THE CHARGER IS CONNECTED TO THE SYSTEM. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DRILL FOR INSTALLATION, THE DEVICE MUST BE IN OFF POSITION.

The newly developed IstaBreeze® Air Speed is a wind generator for long-term professional use that provides reliable energy automatically and unattended even in harsh conditions with our smart hybrid charge controller developed in Germany.

The generous sizing of the generator components and the newly developed aluminum body and heat dissipation with the aluminum housing ensure a low thermal load, ensuring a long service life even at high ambient temperatures.

The generator shaft operates with two encapsulated and permanently lubricated deep groove ball bearings made of stainless steel. In the front bearing, a special frictionless sealing disc prevents the ingress of moisture and dust.

Grooving of the copper winding is done only by hand. Despite advanced automation on other components of generators, e.g. CNC manufacturing, hand crafting is prioritized here for good reason. It provides a complete control of the processed insulation materials and thus meets the quality standards of IstaBreeze®.

This series of generators is specially designed and optimally adapted for wind!

The Wind/Solar i-HCC/800 hybrid charge controller included in IstaBreeze® is an intelligent controller of wind turbine and solar cells that simultaneously controls you. The high-end device thus controls your island system. It is used to charge and control your battery safely and efficiently with the combination of Wind Generator / Solar Module.

Featuring modern appearance, simple operation, internal protection, this unit has high efficiency and low load losses. This version of the control unit will significantly increase the life and stability of the entire system, especially the batteries.

Installing a wind generator has never been easier.

With the Istabreeze Tower it is possible to build a wind generator in a few minutes.
Folding system simplifies the whole so only one person can wear it
to actualize. During maintenance, only 3 screws are released and the tower can be used for work
floor.
The mast can be extended by 1 m, any additional items can be found in our store or ask us
only by mail.
The supplied pole is adjustable up to approximately 4 meters and weighs approximately 25 kg. (can be extended to 10m)
Dowels and screws for the floor (concrete) are still needed!!
