Blue Smart IP22 Charger is the new professional battery charger with integrated Bluetooth feature. The Blue Smart IP22 Charger can be used for your devices in your workshop and in motor vehicles such as (classic) cars, motorcycles, boats, yachts, dinghies and caravans.

Recovering completely discharged "dead" batteries
Unlike other brands, Blue Smart IP22 Charger tries to charge completely discharged batteries with forced low current supply. After sufficient voltage is obtained at the battery terminals, normal charging is started.

Blue Smart IP22 has integrated Bluetooth so the status of the charger and battery can be checked from a smartphone, tablet or laptop. All settings of the charger can be configured via the VictronConnect app.

Providing up to 94% efficiency, these chargers produce up to four times less heat compared to industry standards. When the battery is fully charged, energy consumption drops to as low as 0.5 Watts, which is five to ten times better by industry standards.
Adaptive to 6-stage charging algorithm: test - intensive - absorption - renewal - flotation - storage
The Blue Smart Charger implements an adaptive battery management under microprocessor control. The adaptive feature automatically optimizes the charging process according to how the battery is used.
Storage Mode: less maintenance and wear when the battery is not in use
Storage mode - comes into play when the battery has not been discharged for 24 hours. In storage mode, the minimum voltage is reduced to 2.2V/cell (13.2V for a 12V battery), minimizing gassing and corrosion of the positive plates. The voltage is increased to the absorption level once a week to "equalize" the battery. This feature prevents the battery from prematurely
