Prohibited and Cautionary Matters
Before using and handling the product, carefully refer to the “Instructions for Use for Rechargeable Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery Pack” in this manual with the product and/or by e-mail.
For safety reasons, rechargeable battery packs are not shipped with low capacity but with a certain charge rate. Charge the product before use. However, be sure to contact us before charging/using the product for the first time. If the product is used, parallel and/or serial connection is made without consulting the company you purchased from and/or us regarding the charging and system to be used, and any damage/malfunction occurs in the product, the product will be out of warranty.
Guarantee
The importer company is responsible for replacing the product against defects or possible production errors for 24 months from the invoice date. However, as stated above, after opening the product and before using it, do not make or use parallel serial connection without contacting the company from which you purchased the product and/or us. If you call the product before using it and start using it in accordance with the instructions given and use its own cables for serial parallel connection, the notification will be recorded in the system and your warranty will start as of your invoice date. Otherwise, the product is not covered by warranty for any malfunctions that may occur. The product will not be covered by the warranty in case of malfunction due to the initial use of the product, use without contacting the company you bought it from and/or us, or any other problem arising from misuse of the product. When the product/products reach you from the cargo, the cargo officer should definitely open the product box with the cargo officer before leaving. As soon as you detect any damage, breakage, etc. on the product, you must file a DUE REPORT and return the product to the cargo officer. Otherwise, you do not have the right to complain about damages that may arise from cargo.
Returns of products whose original packaging/box is deformed or damaged, which have lost their ability to be resold, and which cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. In order for the product(s) to be taken back within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law, the product must have no deformation, defects, scratches, etc., its box and other packaging materials must be complete and undamaged, and the equipment sent inside, if any, must be complete and intact. All standard accessories must be sent undamaged and in their original packaging. Returns cannot be accepted in case of missing products. You must also send a petition containing the original invoice (all copies you have) and the reason for the return, along with the product(s) you want to return. You have the right to return the product maximum 14 days after you receive it, provided that the PACKAGING is UNOPENED and undamaged and along with all relevant invoices. Products whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned.
USER INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR LITHIUM IRON PHOSPHATE BATTERY PACK
General
Battery packs supplied by CTECHi or CPKD should be handled with care according to their specifications.
Storage of the Product
It is desirable to store the products under the following conditions:
a. It should be stored indoors in a cool environment without direct sunlight on packages or cartons.
b. In case of long-term storage, store the product in a dry place with low humidity and a temperature range of - 20°C to + 30°C.
c. Long-term storage may accelerate battery pack self-discharge and cause the batteries to fail. To minimize the deactivation effect, store the product within a temperature range of +10°C to +30°C.
D. When charging for the first time after long-term storage, disabling battery packs may have caused the capacity to decrease. Repeat several full charge and discharge cycles on this type of battery pack to restore it to original performance.
to. When you do not use battery packs for a long time, be sure to remove the products fully charged, and to prevent performance deterioration due to self-discharge, discharge and charge the products max. every 6 months, ideally every 3 months, and store them fully charged.
Charger
a. Use a charger suitable for Lithium Iron Phosphate Batteries with the voltage and current specified in this User Manual. We highly recommend the CTECHi and CPKD smart battery charger. If CTECHi and/or CKPD chargers cannot be accessed, we can give advice on the details and features of the charger to be used, and as stated in other explanations, before using the product, you must obtain official approval from the company you purchased the CHARGER from and/or us. NEVER use other batteries and battery chargers other than Chargers for Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery Packs. We would like to remind you once again that if the usage instructions specified here are not followed, the product will be out of warranty.
b. Never attempt reverse charging. Charging with reverse polarity can cause the battery polarity to reverse, causing the gas pressure inside the battery to rise, causing the batteries in the pack to leak gas.
c. Avoid overcharging. Repeated overcharging may cause battery pack performance to decrease. And overheating may occur.
D. Charging efficiency decreases at temperatures above 40°C.

Protection against unexpected damage
a. (+) and/or (-) terminals should not be connected with metal wire, necklace or chain.
b. To avoid possible malfunction or damage, do not drop battery packs from a height.
c. To avoid possible damage, do not bend or twist battery packs.
For your safety
a. Never disassemble/open the Battery Pack.
